GENERAL CONDITIONS

  Paying the rent implies that you must accept the present conditions:
1- The arrival time will be from 4 p.m. onwards and before 10 p.m. Leaving will be before 12 p.m.
2- An ID/passaport photocopy is required.
3- In case you decide to cancel the reservation, your money will not be returned.
4- The rent must be paid in advance, when you make the reservation, trough a bank transfer.
5- When you leave the house, it must be clean and in the same condition you found it.
6- The period of time to rent is 2 nights minimum. Public and bank holidays completes. Easter and summer from 5 days minimum
7- Animals are not allowed in the house.
