The house is located in the upper part of the town wiht a surface of 160 m2. It has a 40 m2 living-room, a full equipped kitchen and a toilet in the first floor. The seond floor includes a suite (bedroom, bathroom and a solarium terrace ), two double bedrooms and a full equipped bathroom.

Both floors have a terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful view all over the old historical part of the town and the surrounding mountains of the Cazorla Segura y Las Villas natural park, the largest one in Andalucía

The house has a complete set of bed clothes and kitchenware for 6 people, central heating and central hot water, cable TV, a library, and a very easy access and parking.
In the living-room thee is a place we call the "reading corner" with a large library. TV and a big dining table. 
The kitchen has everything for 6 people, including fridge, vitroceramics, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster,coffepot, ...

 The suite has a bedroom wiht a king´s size bed and first class wooden furniture, a full equipped bathroom and a solarium terrace.
The other two bedrooms have two 105x190 beds each and cherry tree furniture.
